[00:28:55] You have to check consistently can check your intention on the drive. Why do you do what you do? How you treat people intention on the right? What is your intention? What is your drive behind doing? What you're doing? According to that, that will mirror and match your level of success.

[00:16:10] And then you can say, okay, wow. Our goal is a billion. Now we can focus on what we need to do today, right, the immediate on how to get there.

[00:17:35] However, when I'm looking to just be.

[00:01:15] sometimes you just vibe with somebody and you just feel a connection to where you're like, this is a genuine dude.

[00:24:49] We raised by lifting others, we come from a contribution and being committed to greatness. Those are my core values that I live by every single day.

[00:01:45] instead of taking the time to you know, I don't know, celebrate that personally, that you gave that glory to your higher power.

[00:17:40] But again, none of that matters. If this year, we don't do, and I keep telling all my team that.

[00:23:28] In other words, you actually pay it to think. That is the real work. I'm getting paid to think. That's my job. I brought up my t shirt, the entire.

[00:05:08] The affinity team, the company is nothing more than a combination of the caliber, of the brains, of the human beings on the team. That is what makes the team miss.

[00:29:46] To be the best pharmacy with the highest profits. Oh, wow. Duh. Very deep. Very deep.

[00:18:18] Why would somebody care what we have to say in consulting if the company doesn't reach its goals?

[00:06:24] I don't shy brother. I don't shy of of of speaking publicly about my faith. I don't shy about, like, leading to God.

[00:21:28] I don't put my head in the pillow at night. Before I make sure I outwork at everyone that I know around me. Because listen, man, like hilarious, I'm not the smartest person in general. And I know that there are people working with me that got us giving them on an IQ level a lot higher than me. I just know that. It's just a matter of fact. And I cannot compete with them. The group a lot more charismatic than me. And there is 1 thing that I have control over. Control the controllable. And don't worry about the uncontrollable.

[00:27:45] The degree to which a person is blessed, held, aided by God And their life is every aspect of their life is according to the degree of his or her intention and drive.

[Unknown] The decision-making skill, it will get you so far in life. Knowing when to make the decision the right decision at the right time, and understanding that, combined that with math is the bar, making the right decision at the right time, math is the bar, calculating the future cost of my current decisions, there is no fucking freaking anything called like being rest. There is no rest here. It's you literally eliminated that from the equation.

[00:14:56] If you think of, I give you a brick and mortar and then hey, Kenny, I need you to build the most perfect wall that you can possibly build for me. Like, the most perfect 1. What you should be focused on, not I'm going to build the final picture of the best most evenly built perfect wall, that can possibly be that that's not what you should be doing.

[00:03:37] realistic for me was a career that I can it's a business that I can build the career off and just if I will be reworded according to the effort that I'm putting in? Were no feelings.

[00:03:29] whatever the hell that is that I'm going to do business wise, it has to work what I had to let go of.

[00:01:27] I could tell right away that you were spiritually I don't know, man, it was something about your vibe that I just was like, this is a good dude.

[00:31:12] We ought to present to what women look like at the top. Yeah. Not the bottom. At the top. We want to show people what it looks like to win at the very top. The highest level.

[00:12:09] That's a very dangerous cancer because it makes you feel like you have a figure out. You know? At the moment, you have to push yourself into a bigger room that makes you feel like have a long way to go.

[00:11:15] So that's what I did. And just fast forward 6 years later when I got my real estate license looking forward is probably what ever happened in the last 6 years since I got into real estate because 2 years after I got into real estate, I started the company.

[00:28:54] That's not going to work. You have to check consistently can check your intention on the drive. Why do you do what you do? How you treat people intention on the right? What is your intention? What is your drive behind doing? What you're doing? According to that, that will mirror and match your level of success.

[00:11:47] It's so crowded on the bottom. The more you go on the top, the less people you can hang out with because there's not so many of the top producers.

[00:06:08] First of all, I heard by the grace of God, and that's why I smiled every time, man.

[00:31:52] What can you impart on somebody that you feel like is a foundational piece that's a must like your 1 things like brother, if you do this 1 thing, I assure you, this is what I've attributed.

[00:10:27] I let every single person know that I'm getting into real estate. You know? I started building my network, and then before that, I could not even get a better legal job for gut 6. Like, you're applying hey. Sorry. You're overqualified.

[00:02:35] it's your life proof of doesn't matter when you start. It's how you finish it or how you're it's a marathon. We're in a marathon, not going to sprint.

[00:18:49] Just do what you have to do today.

[00:28:26] The degree of my intentions and the drive is literally proportionate to the amount of blessing, success it helps from God that I'm going to get is according to that.

[00:06:47] You know, it's just who I am, and I believe in God, and it's this is just what happened, but I because I think want his blood not to sweat.

[00:19:54] The best math that anybody in a human being can learn is calculating the future cost of their current decisions.

[00:10:52] Sorry. You don't have a Canadian experience. Like, you are literally you're not going to go anywhere. Like, you just have to let forget about that basically.

[00:22:56] Commit to the core values are committed to greatness. That's 1 thing we were material. Like, this 1 doesn't say that this is big to think. And speaking of this right here, that the gap between where you are and where you want to be and life That's the financials, that's the relationships, that's the physical, that's, like, mental health, that's, like, success in the business, between where you are to where you want to be, you literally depend on your thinking skills.

[00:08:31] But if I'm gonna do that, I've gotta find something that's equal or better. Period.

[00:12:50] But at the same time, don't lose sight of, like, here is how long left that I have to go.

[00:24:21] Committed to greatness, and underneath of that is a hundred 0 percent accountability, hundred percent responsibility, and 0 excuses in every aspect of life.

[00:14:47] What I need to know, which I know, what is the very first right thing to do? That I know.

[00:26:09] The more you practice gratitude, the more you're gonna have things to be grateful for. Try it out. People, try it out.

[00:14:04] So we're good with Huddl's half a billion. We celebrate that. But the eyes on the on the 1 b. So I'm just gonna keep going.

[00:30:46] We are trying to build the result of everything that we just talked about, that we, like, deep believing it, it would result into we become the best developer ourselves, and we're gonna represent what winning it looks like.

[00:08:58] Life is kinda like a black. Nothing works. Everything is dark. My end was, like, not black. It was, like, actually, darker black. There was not even, like, light at the end of the tunnel. There was no light. It was, like, literally, like, Stitchow.

[00:04:37] I'm just lucky enough to get the credit because we were going to me, but it's not really me who did the work. It's dated the work, and I get to get the credit. So I pass it back to them because it's w it should be.

[00:23:39] When you put that hoodie on, you cannot afford, but to put your A-game on because as one of the core values we believe in is we God has put us on this planet to be the best version of ourselves.
