Quotes:
(00:13:43) Too many people will create or manifest these things in our lives, and people go, oh, you're lucky. And I just shake my head every time I'm going, you don't see what's actually at work here and how you could do it.
(00:08:48) If this, then this now, there are no guarantees. There's no 100% thing. Otherwise, we would just get what we want in the snap of a finger.
(00:18:20) Your why is the gas in your tank. Your why is the most important thing you can attach to anything you want.
(00:26:15) Be really careful about the energy you're putting out there and the results you're looking for. And be careful with the words you use, especially to or about yourself.
(00:28:38) It is hard sometimes when you're in it, but damn it, dude, if you're not fucking right. Excuse my language, man, but we had this house. I'm going to use this as an example, and we're up against, or at least I am as far as meetings, but, man, I got to share this. This house has been such a blessing, first of all, but the actual construction phase, every time stuff started to go wrong, and I spawned, was very controlling. I run a tight ship, but at the same token, I got a lot going on up here. So, I crave discipline and control because I have enough chaos going on.
(00:04:24) When somebody believes in you, even when you don't, you should listen to them, because they see something in you that you don't see.
(00:38:52) We both do win. We're both better for it, brother. I love you, man.
(00:32:09) But you know what? And also, too, and I think it had a lot to do with not just the book, but our conversation. Every time I caught myself slipping into like, man, I don't know, I was like, oh, hell no, I am not going to set myself up. Because I tell you what, like I said, the adverse is also true. You start, oh, I'm not going to pass this test. Well, guess what? You're sub. If nothing else. I believe in the power of the subconscious, and these things are very much you correct me if I'm wrong. I think they're very much intertwined. Would you agree?

Have you ever dreamed of achieving success, but felt like it was out of reach? Have you ever found yourself stuck in a cycle of negative energy, unable to move forward? If so, you’re not alone.
Kenny Baden and Steve Gamlin, the host and guest of the podcast “The Kitchen Table”, recently discussed the Law of Attraction and how to shift from negative to positive energy in order to manifest success. Kenny is a professional who helps people understand visualization and how to use it to attract their goals, dreams, and desires. Steve is a former professional disc jockey, stand-up comedian, and motivational speaker who went from living on his grandfather's couch and barely graduating college to achieving his dream of being a radio DJ.
During their conversation, Steve shared his story of how he went from living on his grandfather's couch to becoming a professional disc jockey, stand-up comedian, and motivational speaker. He explained that he was 11 years old when he had four goals: to be a radio DJ, a stand-up comedian, an author, and a teacher. He was living on his grandfather's couch and barely graduated college when he decided to pursue his dream of being a radio DJ. He got an internship at a rock station and his friend encouraged him to use his own voice on the radio. He was told to "just be himself" and that shifted everything for him. He was in his first stand-up comedy class and toastmasters meeting two weeks after sharing the story of him in the thunderstorm.
Kenny and Steve discussed the books Think and Grow Rich and How to Break the Habit of Being Yourself. Kenny believes that the Law of Attraction is real and can be scientifically proven. He gave an example of a client of his who wanted to go to Italy and was able to do so by getting specific about her goal and putting out the right energy. Kenny believes that it is not enough to just think about a goal, but that one must also take action and be aware of opportunities.
Steve also emphasized the importance of taking care of oneself. He has been taking care of himself for 26 months and his goal is to be able to walk on the beach holding hands with his wife when they are in their seventies. His father died at 72 and admitted he should have taken better care of himself. Steve wants to avoid being a physical burden on his wife. He is trying to make decisions every day to develop good habits.
Steve also shared his advice on how to shift from negative to positive energy. He suggests leaving the house and doing acts of kindness for others. He also suggests making a conscious effort to shift from negative to positive energy and being careful with the words used to or about oneself. Negative self-talk can attract negative energy. Steve suggests committing acts of kindness to improve energy.
Kenny and Steve discussed the importance of having a strong “why” when it comes to achieving goals. Steve suggests that someone wanting to buy a house should think about the functionality and why they want the house. He suggests that the person should drive around the city and take pictures of houses that spark something in them. He suggests that the person should take selfies with the house in the background and photoshop their name on the mailbox. He suggests that the person should take a selfie with their face sticking through the smoke of a barbecue. He suggests that the person should create the situation and make it real. Steve cautions people to be careful with the law of attraction and the universe.
This conversation between Kenny and Steve was full of insight and advice on how to manifest success and take care of oneself. It is clear that having a strong “why” and taking action are essential for achieving goals. It is also important to be aware of opportunities and to shift from negative to positive energy in order to manifest success.
